More About the Art

AT&T’s global headquarters spans four towers and is undergoing massive construction of a new downtown destination. The AT&T Discovery District is expected to open in late 2019, bringing restaurants, retail and modern features to an expansive park space.

“As part of the ongoing process to bring the AT&T Discovery District to life, Golden Boy is stepping off his platform for a few months while we remodel the lobby of Whitacre Tower,” said an AT&T spokesperson. “He’ll return to our campus in the second half of 2019.”

Perhaps the Spirit of Communication will stand in the outdoor park!
